		<description>I did some reading on that Ping-Chieh Chen kid. Apparently, he doubles as a shortstop, but like Jon said, the lateral range is a problem, which basically limits him to a 2nd baseman who, supposedly, has a weak arm.

But, the kid is supposed to be a wiz with the bat, contact wise. He has a good eye for the strike zone, and will put up good OBP&#039;s, and high contact rates with almost no power.

I could deal with that...</description>
