Linkage: White, Yuni/Cedeno, Draft

I haven’t done a great job at running this site lately. Some combination of good weather, the NBA playoffs, family outings and some monetary issues have me spending very little time watching baseball. Excuses aside, I’ll at very least pass on some good stuff from the big guys of the Mariner blogosphere (just in case you weren’t reading them already).
- Dave at USSM uses Pitch f/x data to show that Sean White isn’t the same guy we saw a couple seasons ago, and a guy that may actually come in handy as a reliever.
- Dave at USSM and Graham at LL are both in favor of having Ronny Cedeno replace Yuniesky Betancourt at shortstop. I wanted this going into Opening Day, so I am obviously 100% in agreement with them on this.
- JAC of Prospect Insider talks about some players Seattle might take with their non-#2 first rounders.
Not really much going on anyway.

I was at the game yesterday, and I must say, the crowd JUMPED on Yuni after those two errors. It’s so painful for me, being a former shortstop, to sit back and watch somebody with so much talent just waste away at that position. He’s gotta go… Please, please…START CEDENO.
