i would love to get zobrist in a trade, send clement over there for them. a power bat at both sides of the plate and he is probably at least as good as betancourt in the field.

I was able to watch this kid when he was with the Corpus Christi Hooks a few years ago, before Houston traded him. For AA ball, he was a great fielder, average with the bat. Definite upgrade over what we have now.

I’ve thought about him too, but it really is difficult to determine what it would take to get him.

Minus a hiccup year in ‘06..his avg and OBP have increased each year….last year he walked about 80 points, this year almost 100.

Lifetime OBP is still less that.300…but that terrible ‘06 warps that.

Not sure TB would give him up for a AAA OF. I wouldn’t.
