As for Hamilton, I hope he gets healthy, because he gave us all a great show in New York a couple years ago. He's one of the guys who could really break the Maris record (clean). Although it seems impossible, huh.

Yea you're right. I was happy to see Griffey among the leaders in voting, the fans still loved him over all this time.

You should take that up with the fans rather than with baseball. Griffey got a lot of votes, but fell short.

I used to like Hamilton , but it upset me to see him in the All-Star game. He didn't deserve it. And good point Jon he is probably still injured. He should have allowed himself time to heal and give his spot to someone else.

This is a little off-topic. Why they let Michael Jordan and even Cal Ripken start in the All-Star game in their last year, but not Griffey. That was another reason I was mad at Hamilton for starting in the Game. He is not having a good year at all. Griffey deserves more respect. He was clean his whole career, Baseball should have honored that.

I suspect it has more to do with him being on my fantasy team than anything else :p
